You Can Have A Balanced Diet And Still Enjoy A Muffin

No one can have a healthy life if they eat unhealthily. Good health is something which solely depends on what you eat and how much we take care of our self. And everybody should be eating a balanced diet. You need carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals to have a balanced diet. But how much you eat of each is important.

By following the guidelines to healthy eating below, you will have a healthier life.

1) Eat your meals regularly.: You need to plan your meals in advance. Your food should be balanced with an adequate proportion of nutrients. Skipping meals can affect your body growth and add weight. You should have three meals and two snacks each day. Try to eat the meals and snacks at the same time every day.

5) Drink sufficient water : As far as your health is concerned; water is crucial. Drinking water is something that should be done throughout the day, everyday. Cut down on the amount of fizzy drinks and fruit juice that you consume.

6) Cut Down Your Fat Intake: You should limit the amount of fried foods and processed fats like butter that you eat. Your heart and quality of life will be affected by the amount of fat these foods contain. However you can choose fats that are healthy for your heart such as salads, nuts, olives, avocados and vegetable oil.
